How do I create a custom language which does not correspond to the CultureInfo class if the Add New Language wizard prohibits me doing so?

A:

Follow the steps below to create a custom language which does not correspond to the CultureInfo class:  

1. Create the custom language manually according to the form: 
   isoLanguageCode-isoRegionCode-customName
   
2. Base this custom language on a valid language/region combination.
   For 'Greenlandic', it will be da-DK-GL

NOTE: please ignore the ERROR messages concerning the culture format in log files.
